Our flagship product is RIMS™ (Real Estate Information Management System), a procurement and process management system designed for users of third party due diligence services. The RIMS™ system provides a critical link between lenders and the service providers like appraisers, environmental and construction consultants and other service providers and data sources.

ExactBid also created a partner product to work in alliance with RIMS: the RIMSCentral™ portal web site (www.rimscentral.com). RIMSCentral provides a link between vendors of real-estate professional services – appraisers, environmental consultants, property inspectors – and RIMS™, the enterprise appraisal/environmental ordering and workflow tracking system. RIMS users are lenders doing commercial due diligence, such as commercial banks, capital markets lenders, and appraisal management companies: the source of demand for vendors.

These two products work in concert with each other to support the RIMS Community--a Web-based solution for the procurement of commercial real-estate technical services and workflow tracking of professional service jobs.
