A standard web browser ² is the only software needed. No client software to download or distribute reduces implementation and maintenance costs – software updates are available to all users immediately.

Are you at a customer’s office and need to start or check the status of an existing request? Simply access the Internet from any computer and login to RIMS™ – your current jobs are always displayed first for fast access.

Traveling on business but don’t have your laptop computer? RIMS™ can be accessed from anywhere you can reach the Internet – a customer’s office, colleague’s workstation, Internet café, and your home office. Don’t wait until the next day or next week – get a project started right away – please your customers with a responsive approach and the ability to focus on their needs right now!

1 Maintenance and upgrade schedules for RIMS™ hardware and software are established for each customer; periodic maintenance and upgrades are arranged to minimize the potential for disruption to operations. Such upgrades are necessary to ensure that RIMS™ continues to provide a secure, feature rich solution to our customers.

2 For Account Officer, Content Administrator, and Job Manager accounts – Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater is preferred; the site has been optimized for this browser. It is necessary to allow cookies (to login) and pop-ups for certain features to function properly. Many other popular browsers have also been tested and function normally; please ask if you have a specific need.
