Job Managers can quickly identify qualified vendors for new RFPs; RIMS™ assists by pre-selecting vendors based on predefined service areas, property type specialties, and deal size; alternatives can be identified by a variety of search criteria including predefined groups and concentric searches around the location of the subject property.
