Instantaneous Updates

Updates to existing projects, users or information are immediately accessible to appropriate participants. Add new users with a few quick entries and provide immediate access.

Each RIMS installation utilizes a central database architecture that is accessed by all authorized users. Different user types have differing levels of access to the data so that confidentiality is preserved. Common items such as property information, is accessible to all participants, while loan and borrower information is not shared with external vendors.

When a Job Manager publishes an RFP or awards an assignment, email notifications to participants inform them of the event; the information or content is immediately accessible through their RIMS interface. When a vendor completes an assignment and uploads the completed report, a Job Manager or Account Officer has instantaneous access; no need to wait for overnight mail or your organization’s mail service to deliver the results.
