		Workflow Process Management – RIMS™ enables dedicated workflow processes that permit separation of functions; for instance a real estate lender may send a service request to an in-house services group that manages external vendors and vendor agreements. This type of separation supports certain regulatory requirements for federally insured financial services companies and supports efficient functional design present in many non-regulated institutions.

		Intelligent Assignment Routing – Route assignments to procurement or other specialized staff based on multi-level algorithms designed to ensure that the appropriate staff is assigned to a project based on deal size, property type, geographic location or other parameters.

		Vendor Management – RIMS™ allows tremendous flexibility in the management and selection of external vendors. Individual vendors can be grouped geographically and by specialty. An integral scoring system enhances vendor selection and performance tracking.

		Electronic RFP / Awards – Publish an RFP (Request for Proposal) in minutes to a selected vendor list. Provide sufficient information for bidding without disclosing potentially sensitive or confidential data. Vendor candidates are notified instantly via email and log into a secure web site to provide their bid and related comments regarding their experience or specialty. Select the most appropriate vendor from the bids received, and provide complete project documentation in one step. Awarded vendors must actively “Accept” assignments before confidential information is displayed, including property contacts and links to attached documentation.

		Integrated Notification System – An extensive array of automated email messages keep project participants informed as significant events occur. These events include bidding and awarding activities, delays and report completion.

		Report Delivery & Document Management – Completed reports are uploaded to RIMS™ by your vendors through a secure web connection. Avoid the security implications of emailed documents containing confidential data – RIMS™ connections are protected by state-of-the-art encryption to ensure safe delivery of completed due diligence reports. Reports are immediately available to project participants. RIMS™ incorporates permanent document storage and retrieval capabilities. Reduce file storage while maintaining access to historical reports indefinitely.

		Review Module – Store report conclusions in your RIMS™ database and then use that same information to produce review documentation formatted for your organization utilizing Microsoft Word ®.

		Information Management – Retrieve data on past projects to enhance decision making, calculate concentrations or share best practices.
