Review Module

Store report conclusions in your RIMS™ database and then use that same information to produce review documentation formatted for your organization utilizing Microsoft Word ®.

Your review format(s) can be customized as a template which is then utilized by RIMS™ to produce your base review file. Further edits to clarify conclusions or add commentary can be made before saving the file.

Whether producing a compliance checklist or complete technical review, RIMS™ can make the process more consistent with fewer errors, and enhance distribution. When a Job Manager completes a review and uploads the review document to the Job, an email notice is delivered to the Account Officer / Requester notifying them of its availability along with a hyperlink for quick retrieval.

Review templates are supported for all RIMS™ Job Types. RIMS™ utilizes your documents and forms so that existing processes are enhanced, not replaced. Familiar formats and forms that meet your organization’s due diligence requirements are liberated and become part of the RIMS™ workflow process.
