RIMS Feature Highlight
Workflow Process Management
|
RIMS™ enables dedicated workflow processes that permit the separation or combination of various functions the way your organization does business. As an example, a real estate lender or asset manager may generate a request for a due diligence report that is routed to an in-house technical services department that oversees the vendor management and procurement process for that type of service.
RIMS™ handles the internal routing and notifications; the request is instantly acknowledged through an email notice to the requesting party. Information regarding the project number and internal routing are included so that follow-up information or additional documentation can be forwarded to the right person without delay.
Re-assignment of job managers is accompanied by a notice so that the transfer of responsibility does not go unnoticed. Default desktop views for both the requesting party and Job Manager display current activity that is updated throughout the process.
Job Managers interact with external vendors as needed to publish bidding opportunities (RFPs) and award contracts for services. Selected vendors receive documentation & requirements, and deliver their final reports electronically through a dedicated RIMS™ vendor interface.
Variations of workflow processes are configured to match your organizational needs and staffing during setup and integration. As your needs change, RIMS™ is tailored to your evolving processes.
Organizations develop internal processes to meet the needs of their customers and shareholders. Many companies expend tremendous efforts and resources to design process management mechanisms or systems to serve their customers better, increase staffing efficiencies and enhance shareholder value. RIMS™ enables your process management decisions and helps your automate your workflow in an efficient manner.
