Integrated Notification System

Event-driven email notifications keep project participants informed throughout a RIMS service fulfillment. From an initial request acknowledgement to a Job Completion notice, Account Officers / Requesters are kept informed at key points with regard to their request.
Likewise, Job Managers are notified when they are assigned a new job, when vendors accept or reject an award and also when vendors upload job attachments (reports or supporting documentation).
Vendors receive notices when new RFPs or Awards have been directed to them.
Overall, RIMS has more than twenty (20) automated notices that help you communicate without additional effort or time. Additional messaging components include an email pop-up feature for Job Managers; Job Managers may instantly communicate changes, delays or unexpected events to any or all participants at any time; individual participants can be selected or de-selected at the time the notices is created by just clicking a few checkboxes.
Group messaging makes it possible to communicate with large groups of RIMS users, including vendors or account officers at any time. This mechanism is convenient for communicating infrequent events such as changes in policy or reporting standards.
