Intelligent Assignment Routing

RIMS will route assignments to technical staff based on a multi-level algorithm designed to ensure that the appropriate staff is assigned to a project. Factors considered by the algorithm include lending group, geographic location, property type, and deal size.

Take advantage of staff specialties by property type and/or location. Increase your staff’s efficiency through targeted assignments.

Lending group – do you have one or more staff members that serve the specific needs of a specialized lending or asset management group? Have all requests from that group forwarded to your designated specialists – automatically!

Location – is your staff geographically dispersed so that their knowledge of local markets is enhanced? Make sure all Midwest requests route to a Chicago staff member, rather than the staff in Baltimore.

Property type – do you have a single staff member that is a hotel specialist? All hotel requests can automatically be routed to your best qualified staff. Property type designations can be made at a property type (15 types) level or at the sub-type level where there are more than 230 defined property sub-types. You determine the level of granularity.

Deal size (loan amount) – specify the upper or lower limits for any assignments. Do you have a portion of your technical services group that specializes in high-volume small loans? Set the filters so that loans below a threshold are directed to this group only.

Automated assignment logic means someone is selected immediately to begin work on the request, based on your logic. Re-assignments may be made at any time if the selected staff member is over-loaded or unavailable.
