Report Delivery and Document Management

Completed reports are uploaded to RIMS by your vendors through a secure web connection. Avoid the security implications of emailed documents containing confidential data – RIMS connections are protected by state-of-the-art encryption to ensure safe delivery of completed due diligence reports. Reports are immediately available to authorized project participants.
Vendor uploads are enabled through the RIMS Vendor interface. Vendors can upload any type of document you’ve requested, including completed narrative or form reports, spreadsheets with supplemental or supportive data, drawings, photographs or other supplemental data that is not incorporated in the report itself.
The Job Manager assigned to the job is notified by email when the vendor has uploaded a document. If desired, the Job Manager can make that document immediately accessible to the Account Officer / Requester, or in the case of a draft report or related file, can download the file and review it for content, etc.
RIMS incorporates permanent document storage and retrieval capabilities. Reduce (physical) file storage while maintaining access to historical reports indefinitely.
RIMS records the date when files are uploaded, filename, related project number, who uploaded the file and the file type. All of this information is available directly on the Job page, or through a RIMS report.
